Description: Located around 12 nautical miles from Tap Lamu pier, "Boonsung Wreck" was a 60 meter marine tin ore processing vessel that came to rest 20 meters below the surface in 1984 and was split in few pieces by the Tsunami. It's the ideal nursery for many species of fishes so be ready to dive in a very dense fish soup.
Marine life includes school of barracudas and fusiliers, scorpionfishes everywhere, stonefishes, lionfishes, pufferfishes, porcupinefishes, honeycomb morays, many species of nudibranchs, occasional whaleshark and much more... |
